Method
Prep & Rim (optional)
Muddling Fruit
In a sturdy mixing glass or cocktail shaker, add the quartered strawberries, raspberries, and the juice of 1/2 lime (about 1/2 tsp–1 tsp). Use a muddler to gently but firmly muddle the fruit until broken down and juicy but not completely puréed — you want some texture and seeds to remain for visual and flavor interest.
Build the Mockarita
Add the Ritual Zero Proof Tequila Alternative (2 oz) and pineapple juice (3 oz) to the muddled fruit. Pour in the grenadine (1/2 oz). Add a handful of ice (about 1 cup) to the shaker or mixing glass.
Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds to chill, integrate flavors, and slightly macerate the fruit into the liquid. If you used a mixing glass, stir briskly for 10–15 seconds and then double-strain to remove large solids.
Finish & Serve
Fill the prepared serving glass with fresh ice. Strain the shaken mocktail into the glass (double-strain if you prefer fewer seeds/pulp).
Top with Sprite (about 2 oz) to add effervescence. Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to combine the soda without flattening it.
Garnish with a lime wheel/wedge and 2–3 fresh berries threaded on a pick or floated on top. Serve immediately.
