Preparation
Chill the Glass
Start by chilling your cocktail glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Doya Whisky, 1 oz of Vermouth, 0.5 oz of Pathfinder, 0.5 oz of Filthy Olive Brine, and 0.25 oz of Demerara Syrup.
Stir the Cocktail
Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well chilled and properly mixed.
Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer if necessary.
Garnish the Drink
Garnish with a single olive by placing it on a cocktail pick and resting it on the rim of the glass.
