Method

Rim and Prep

1

Prepare glass rim

Run the lime wedge around the outer rim of a tall chilled pint glass (or 16-20 oz glass). On a small plate, mix the house spice mix with the coarse salt. Dip the wet rim into the spice-salt blend, twisting to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.

2

Fill the rimmed glass about halfway with ice and set aside.

Michelada Mix

3

Combine ingredients

In a separate mixing glass or shaker, combine the Clamato (8 oz), fresh lime juice (1 oz), Worcestershire sauce (1/2 tbs), soy sauce or Maggi (1/2 tsp), and hot sauce (6 dashes). Stir or gently roll to combine; do not shake vigorously (to avoid excessive foaming). Taste and adjust: add another dash of hot sauce for heat, or up to 1/4 tsp more soy/Maggi for savoriness.

4

Pour the prepared michelada mixture over the ice in the rimmed glass, leaving room at the top for the beer.

Finish with Beer & Garnish

5

Top with Corona Sunbrew

Slowly pour the 12 oz Corona Sunbrew down the side of the glass to top off the drink. Pour gently to preserve carbonation and avoid overflowing. If you prefer a more diluted drink, pour more beer; to intensify Clamato flavor, use slightly less beer.

6

Give the drink one gentle stir with a bar spoon or lime wedge—just enough to integrate beer and Clamato without flattening the beer.

7

Garnish with a lime wheel and optionally a celery stalk or cucumber spear. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
