Method

Prepare Schnitzel

1

Prepare Chicken

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

2

Dredge Chicken

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

3

Fry Chicken

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare Mashed Potatoes

4

Cook Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

5

Mash Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Grill Vegetables

6

Prepare and Grill

Slice the tomatoes and onion. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill on medium heat until tender and charred, about 5-7 minutes.

Make Yogurt Dill Sauce

7

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
