Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Marinate the Tenderloin
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Sear the Tenderloin
In an oven-safe skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove the tenderloin from the marinade and sear it on all sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
Roast in the Oven
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the tenderloin for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Rest and Serve
Remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
