Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

2

Marinate the Steak

Place the flank steak in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3

Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

4

Rest and Slice

Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice it against the grain into thin strips.

5

Serve

Serve the sliced entraña with your favorite sides or sauces.
