Cocktail

2 oz Ketel One vodka

4 oz Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

1 tsp sea salt (for glass rim)

1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

3 drops Original Worcestershire Sauce

2 drops hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco)

1 stalk celery stalk (garnish)

1 wedge lime wedge (garnish)

1 cup ice (cubed)

Method

Cocktail

Prepare glass

Rub the rim of a tall highball or pint glass with the lime wedge. Dip the rim into the sea salt on a small plate to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.

Build cocktail

Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes to the top.

Mix ingredients

In a mixing glass or shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz Ketel One vodka, 4 oz Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, 3 drops Worcestershire sauce, 2 drops hot sauce, and 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper. Stir gently for about 10–15 seconds to chill and slightly dilute; do not shake vigorously (you want to keep texture).

Taste & adjust

Taste the cocktail and adjust seasoning if needed: add another drop of hot sauce for more heat, a tiny pinch of salt to brighten, or a splash (about 0.25 oz) additional lime juice for more acidity.

Finish & garnish

Strain or pour the mixed cocktail into the prepared iced glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and the lime wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a long straw.
