Wings and Sauces

Method

Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt and pepper to taste.

3

Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

4

Toss with Sauce

Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Choose your desired sauce (cajun honey, buffalo, mango habanero, or korean BBQ) and toss the wings in the sauce until evenly coated.

5

Serve

Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
