San Pellegrino (Sparkling Water) - Single Bottle

Method

San Pellegrino (Sparkling Water) - Serving

1

Chill bottle

Refrigerate the 500 ml bottle of San Pellegrino until well chilled (about 1–2 hours) or place in an ice bucket for 20–30 minutes prior to serving.

2

Prepare glass

If using, fill a tall glass with 4–6 ice cubes. This will keep the water cold without diluting (San Pellegrino is typically served chilled without ice, so ice is optional).

3

Open bottle

Hold the bottle upright and gently twist off the cap to preserve carbonation. Pour the sparkling water slowly into the prepared glass to avoid excessive fizz—tilt the glass and pour down the side.

4

Garnish (optional)

If desired, express a lemon wedge over the glass to release a few drops of juice and rub the rim with the peel, then drop the wedge into the glass. Add a fresh mint sprig for aroma.

5

Serve

Serve immediately while fizzy and cold. Provide a straw or stirrer if desired.
