Place the Les Jardins Fleuris Rosé bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. If you need it chilled quickly, submerge the bottle in an ice bucket filled with equal parts ice and water for 20–30 minutes.

Chill the bottle

Fill an ice bucket or wine cooler with ice and a little cold water to maintain an even chill. Keep the bottle in the bucket on the table so guests can re-chill between pours.

Prepare an ice bucket

Use stemmed white wine or rosé glasses (slightly tapered bowl) to concentrate the wine's delicate floral aromas. Ensure glasses are clean, free of detergent residue, and chilled briefly in the refrigerator or ice bucket if desired.

Choose appropriate glassware

Carefully remove the capsule and use a waiter’s corkscrew to extract the cork. Wipe the bottle lip with a clean cloth. If the bottle is screw-cap, simply twist it open and wipe the rim.

Open the bottle

Pour small tasting pours first (about 2–3 oz / 60–90 ml) for any guests who wish to taste before committing to a full glass. After tasting, pour standard servings of about 5–6 oz (150–180 ml) per glass. Keep the bottle in the ice bucket to maintain the pale peachy blossom colour and freshness.

Pour and serve

Set out still and/or sparkling water so guests can cleanse their palate between sips or dilute to taste.

Provide water

Garnish each glass lightly if desired: slip a thin lemon or orange slice on the rim or add a small mint sprig to the glass. These are optional and meant only to complement the wine’s pleasant, floral nose without overpowering it.

Advise serving temperature: 8–10°C (46–50°F) accentuates the wine’s pale peach colour and floral aromas. If the wine becomes too warm while serving, pop it briefly back into the ice bucket.

Tasting notes to share: mention the pale peachy blossom colour, a happy nose, and a pleasant, promising palate. Encourage guests to sniff for floral notes before sipping and to enjoy the wine slightly chilled.
