Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Enticing rose-garden bouquet. Delectation of plum, liquorice, spice and very red fruit. Organic and vegan.

Harvest 1 kg of ripe Malbec grapes from organic vineyards. Crush the grapes gently to release the juice and pulp.

Harvesting and Crushing

In a clean fermentation vessel, combine the crushed grapes with 500 ml of water. Add 5 g of organic yeast and 100 g of sugar. Stir well to mix all ingredients.

Fermentation

Cover the vessel with a clean cloth and let it ferment at a controlled temperature of 20-25°C for about 7-14 days, stirring daily.

Temperature Control

After fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solid grape skins.

Pressing

Once pressed, add 10 ml of plum essence, 5 g of liquorice powder, and 5 g of the spice blend to the wine. Stir gently to incorporate the flavors.

Adding Flavors

Add 50 g of oak chips to the wine for aging. Transfer the wine to a clean, sealed container and let it age for at least 6 months for optimal flavor development.

Aging Process

Before bottling, add 15 ml of very red fruit extract to enhance the fruity notes. Stir gently and allow to rest for a few days.

Finishing Touch

Once the wine has aged and flavors melded, carefully bottle the wine into sterilized bottles, sealing them tightly.
