Chill the Glass

Place your preferred cocktail glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 1 oz of Pedro Ximénez Sherry, 0.5 oz of Medjool-date liqueur, and 1 oz of coconut water.

Add Bitters and Ice

Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup).

Shake Well

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve

Remove the glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish the Cocktail

Garnish with a sprinkle of coconut flakes and a sprig of fresh mint.
