1. Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, garam masala, kasuri methi, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and tender. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water to achieve your desired consistency.
