1. Prepare the Keema

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
