1

Prepare glass

Select a highball or Collins glass (10–12 oz). Fill the glass with fresh cubed ice to near the top (about 1 cup of ice).

2

Build the drink

Measure and pour 2 oz Row 94 bourbon over the ice.

3

Add bitters

Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters directly into the glass.

4

Top with cola

Gently pour 4 oz cold cola down the side of the glass to preserve some carbonation. Stir once gently with a bar spoon (about 3–4 slow strokes) to combine bourbon, bitters, and cola without flattening it.

5

Finish & garnish

Squeeze half a fresh lime (about 0.5 of a lime) over the drink, drop the squeezed half into the glass if desired, or discard. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim.

6

Serve

Serve immediately with a straw if preferred. Recommend tasting and adjusting: add a bit more cola for a lighter drink or an extra dash of bitters for spice.
