Salmon & Salad

Method

Preparation & Cooking

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix maple syrup, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon fillets with the mixture and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2

Prepare the Kale Caesar

In a large bowl, combine kale, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Massage the kale for about 2-3 minutes until it softens. Add croutons and mix well.

3

Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.

4

Cook the Eggs

In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Gently add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs. Remove, cool in ice water, and peel.

5

Serve

Plate the grilled salmon alongside the kale Caesar salad. Top the salad with the soft-boiled eggs, cut in half, and serve immediately.
