Preparation Steps
1. Marinate the Seafood
In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine the wild prawns, pacific crab meat, and calamari. Pour the lime juice and orange juice over the seafood, ensuring everything is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the seafood to marinate and 'cook' in the citrus juices.
2. Combine Vegetables
In a separate bowl, mix together the diced cucumber, jicama, and sliced red onion. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Mix Everything Together
Once the seafood has marinated, remove it from the refrigerator and drain excess liquid if necessary. Add the vegetable mixture to the seafood bowl and gently fold in the chopped cilantro.
