    Prepare the Melons

    Cut the cantaloupe and honeydew melons in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh. Cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.

    Cook the Prosciutto

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the prosciutto slices until they are crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and let them cool on a paper towel.

    Make the Dressing

    In a bowl, whisk together the raspberry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Assemble the Salad

    In a large bowl, combine the heritage blend lettuce, melon cubes, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

    Top with Prosciutto

    Crumble the crispy prosciutto over the top of the salad and serve immediately.
