Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the French baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush one side with extra virgin olive oil.
- 2
Toast the Baguette
Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- 3
Prepare the Tomato Topping
While the bread is toasting, dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl. Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
- 4
Assemble the Bruschetta
On each toasted baguette slice, place a generous amount of the tomato and basil mixture. Top with pieces of burrata cheese.
- 5
Finish with Balsamic Reduction
Drizzle balsamic reduction over the assembled bruschetta to add sweetness and acidity. Serve immediately.
