Bistro Burger Directions
Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the thin-cut fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake the Fries
Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Cook the Wagyu Beef Patty
In a skillet over medium-high heat, season the wagyu beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
Prepare the Bun and Toppings
While the patty is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half. Slice the tomato and red onion into thin rounds.
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place the lettuce leaves, followed by the cooked wagyu beef patty, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
Serve the bistro burger hot with a side of crispy thin-cut fries.
