    Prepare Bruschetta

    Toast the slices of bread and top them with a mixture of diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt until smooth. Serve with pita chips.

    Arrange Vegetable Platter

    Cut an assortment of fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers) and arrange them artfully on a large tray. Serve with a dip of choice.
