Juice Choices (select one per serving)

Optional additions (per serving)

Method

Orange Juice

1

Prepare oranges

Wash the oranges thoroughly under running water. Roll each orange on the counter while pressing lightly to loosen juices. Cut each orange in half crosswise.

2

Juice

Place orange halves into a citrus juicer and extract juice. If using a blender, peel the oranges (remove seeds and as much pith as possible), blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother juice.

3

Finish

Taste and add up to 1 tsp sugar or simple syrup if desired, 1 tsp lemon or lime juice to brighten, and a pinch of salt to enhance flavor. Stir in 2 tablespoons cold water if too concentrated. Pour over ice and serve.

Pineapple Juice

4

Prepare pineapple

Cut off top and bottom, stand pineapple upright and slice off skin. Remove any remaining eyes with a small knife. Quarter and remove the core, then cut flesh into chunks.

5

Juice

Place pineapple chunks into a juicer. If using a blender, blend chunks until smooth, then press through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to separate juice from pulp.

6

Finish

Adjust sweetness with 1 tsp sugar or syrup if needed, add 1 tsp lime or lemon juice for brightness, and a pinch of salt. Add 4 ice cubes, stir and serve chilled.

Papaya Juice

7

Prepare papaya

Wash the papaya, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Peel the skin and cut the flesh into 1-inch cubes.

8

Blend

Place papaya cubes into a blender with 2 tablespoons cold water to help liquefy. Blend until completely smooth.

9

Strain (optional) & Finish

For a smoother texture, strain through a fine mesh strainer. Sweeten with 1 tsp sugar or syrup if needed, add 1 tsp lime or lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Add ice and serve.

Watermelon Juice

10

Prepare watermelon

Cut watermelon in half, scoop out the flesh and remove large seeds. Cut into chunks suitable for juicing or blending.

11

Blend or juice

Place watermelon chunks into a blender and blend until smooth. Watermelon generally yields a very fluid juice and usually does not require straining; if you prefer, pass through a strainer to remove pulp and small seeds.

12

Finish

Taste and add 1 tsp lime or lemon juice to brighten. If not sweet enough, add up to 1 tsp sugar or syrup. Add a pinch of salt, 4 ice cubes, stir and serve chilled.

Apple Juice

13

Prepare apples

Wash apples thoroughly. Core and chop into quarters. Peeling is optional—leave peel on for more nutrients and color or peel for a smoother juice.

14

Juice or blend

If using a juicer, feed apple pieces through the juicer. If using a blender, blend with 2 tablespoons cold water until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer for clear juice.

15

Finish

Taste and adjust with 1 tsp sugar or syrup if desired, and 1 tsp lemon juice to prevent browning and brighten flavor. Add ice and serve.

General Serving & Storage

16

Serve each fresh juice immediately over ice for best flavor and nutrient retention. If storing, pour into an airtight container or bottle and refrigerate; consume within 24–48 hours. Shake or stir before serving.
