Method
Before Booking
Confirm group size (must be between 6 and 12 people). If your group is outside this range, contact the restaurant to discuss alternatives.
Check the certificate for the expiration date and any blackout dates. The certificate is valid only at Grandiose Restaurant and only during the stated validity period.
Call the restaurant to make a reservation. Provide the certificate code or bring the physical certificate. Make the reservation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and any special seating requests.

Upon arrival or at time of booking, present the certificate or the certificate code to the host/manager so they can apply the discount to the food portion of your bill.
Confirm whether the 50% discount applies to all food items ordered or only to an agreed-upon menu/prix fixe. Clarify exclusions such as alcohol, gratuity, taxes, or certain premium items.
If you request a private room, menu substitutions, or special accommodations, confirm any additional charges and whether they affect certificate applicability.
During the Meal
Order food items according to the agreed terms. Keep track of items that may be excluded from the discount (e.g., bottle service, some specialty items).
If unsure whether an item is eligible, ask your server before ordering so adjustments can be made.
At Payment
Request the bill and verify that the 50% discount has been applied correctly to eligible food items only. Check that taxes and service charges are calculated as required by the restaurant.
If the discount is incorrect or missing, politely request to speak with the manager and present the certificate for verification.
Pay any remaining balance (including taxes, service charge, and excluded items). Tip based on the pre-discount or post-discount amount per your preference or local custom.
After the Visit
Keep the receipt in case you need to contest any discrepancy with the restaurant or with the issuer of the certificate.
