Chill glass
Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for several minutes or fill it with ice and cold water while you prepare the cocktail to ensure it is well chilled.
Mix ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka (2 oz), Martini Bianco (0.5 oz), green apple liqueur (1 oz), fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz), and simple syrup (0.25 oz).
Add ice and shake
Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–18 seconds, or until the shaker feels very cold and the outside is frosty. This both chills and dilutes the drink to the right balance.
Double strain and serve
Double-strain the mixture into the chilled martini or coupe glass using both the shaker strainer and a fine mesh strainer (to catch any small ice shards or pulp).
Garnish and finish
Garnish with a thin green apple slice or an apple twist on the rim. Optionally, express a lemon peel over the drink for a quick aromatic lift. Serve immediately.
Adjustments and notes
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed — add an additional 0.25 oz simple syrup for a sweeter cocktail or reduce if you prefer tarter. For a brighter, fruitier version, use a splash (0.25 oz) of apple juice in place of the same amount of simple syrup.
