Preparation

1

Prepare the Ribs and Chicken

Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs and trim any excess fat. Pat the meat dry with paper towels. For the chicken, remove the skin if desired.

2

Make the BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.

Cooking

3

Grill the Meat

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Brush the ribs and chicken with the BBQ sauce and place them on the grill. Cook the ribs for about 3 hours, basting with more sauce every 30 minutes. The chicken should cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with sauce.

4

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
