Miller Lite is a refreshing American classic, perfectly brewed for those who appreciate a crisp and light lager without compromising on flavor. With its smooth finish and just the right amount of hoppy bitterness, this beer is the ideal companion for any gathering or a relaxing evening at home. Enjoy the taste of quality brewing in every sip!

In a large pot, heat the water to about 160°F (70°C). Add the barley malt and rice, stirring to combine. Maintain this temperature for 60 minutes to allow the starches to convert to sugars.

Prepare the Mash

After mashing, strain the liquid (wort) into another pot. Bring the wort to a boil and add the hops. Boil for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Boil the Wort

Remove the pot from heat and cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches about 70°F (21°C).

Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort into a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and seal the vessel with an airlock. Allow it to ferment in a cool, dark place for 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the beer into sanitized bottles, leaving about an inch of headspace. Cap the bottles and let them carbonate at room temperature for another 1-2 weeks.

Chill the bottles in the refrigerator and enjoy your homemade Miller Lite!
