Selected Dippers (choose any 3)
Overview
Pick any three items from the 'Selected Dippers' list. Quantities provided assume a 2–3 person sharing plate (or one hearty solo meal). Prepare each chosen item according to its cooking instruction below so everything is hot and crisp at serving.
Chicken Tenders — Oven method: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place 9 frozen breaded tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment, spacing evenly. Bake 16–20 minutes, flipping once at 10 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F and exterior is golden. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
Mozzarella Sticks — Oven method: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange 9 frozen mozzarella sticks on a parchment-lined tray. Bake 8–10 minutes until coating is crispy and cheese is melted. Serve immediately to avoid cheese leakage.
Crispy Seasoned Fries — Oven or Air Fryer: Oven: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Spread 3 cups frozen fries on a tray, bake 18–22 minutes, flipping once, until crisp. Air Fryer: 400°F (205°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking basket occasionally. Season with a pinch salt if needed.
Potato Wedges — Oven: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Spread 3 cups frozen wedges single-layer; bake 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until edges are browned and tender. Toss with grated parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.
Pretzel Bites — Oven: Preheat to 400°F (205°C). Arrange 24 frozen pretzel bites and bake 8–10 minutes until warmed and slightly golden. Serve with mustard or cheese dip.
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites — Oven: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Place 2 cups battered cauliflower on a sheet and bake 18–22 minutes, turning once, until crisp. Toss hot cauliflower with 3–4 tbs buffalo sauce (not listed in ingredients — substitute 3–4 tbs of the spicy sriracha mayo mixed with hot sauce if desired) and return to oven 1–2 minutes to set glaze.
Dipping Sauces (choose up to 3)
Plate three small bowls or ramekins and fill each with your chosen sauces (ketchup, honey mustard, ranch, barbecue, marinara, sriracha mayo). For warm dips like marinara or barbecue, heat gently in the microwave 20–30 seconds until warm but not boiling.
If serving spicy sriracha mayo warmed for buffalo cauliflower glazing: in a small bowl mix 3 tbs mayonnaise with 1–2 tbs sriracha and microwave 10 seconds to loosen, then toss with cooked cauliflower as noted above.
Assembly & Garnish
Serve immediately while hot and crispy. Provide napkins and small plates for sharing.
