Method

Preparing the Filling

1

Cook the Beef

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced beef steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

2

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and mix. Remove from heat.

Making the Omelette

3

Prepare the Omelette Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

4

Cook the Omelette

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for about 3-4 minutes, without stirring, until the edges begin to set.

5

Add the Filling

Once the edges are set, add the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over one half of the omelette. Sprinkle cheese on top of the filling.

6

Fold and Finish Cooking

Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is fully cooked.
