Cooking the Soba Noodles
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the soba noodles and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until they are tender but still slightly firm (al dente).
Draining and Rinsing
Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them under cold running water to stop the cooking process and remove excess starch.
Serving
You can serve the soba noodles hot in a broth or chilled with a dipping sauce. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or nori if desired.
