Prepare the Mixing Glass
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes to chill.

Pour 2 oz of The Famous Grouse Scotch whisky, 0.5 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of orange bitters into the mixing glass.

Stir the Mixture
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

Garnish with an orange twist to enhance the aroma.
