Combine Ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Bushmills Irish Whiskey, peach schnapps, and sweet & sour mix. Shake well.

Mix with Sprite
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice and top with Sprite.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a slice of peach or a lemon wedge if desired. Serve immediately.
