Method
Prepare Glass
Rim the glass
Run the lemon wedge around the rim of a highball or pint glass to moisten. Dip the rim into a shallow dish of coarse salt or celery salt to coat evenly. Set glass aside.
Mix Cocktail
Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with 1 cup of ice.
Add 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka, 4 oz bloody mary mix, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 0.5 tsp prepared horseradish, 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 0.5 tsp celery salt, and 2 dashes hot sauce to the shaker.
Cap the shaker and roll (or shake gently) the mixture for 8–10 seconds to chill and slightly aerate without diluting excessively. Alternatively, stir for 10–12 seconds with a bar spoon if you prefer less froth.
Garnish & Serve
Skewer the 2 green olives on a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim or drop it into the drink.
Place the celery stalk into the glass upright, with leaves above the rim.
Add 2 crisp bacon strips into the glass (one can be leaned against the rim) as a savory garnish.
Optionally squeeze the reserved lemon wedge over the top, then drop it into the drink or discard.
