Cocktail

Method

Prepare Glass

1

Rim the glass

Run the lemon wedge around the rim of a highball or pint glass to moisten. Dip the rim into a shallow dish of coarse salt or celery salt to coat evenly. Set glass aside.

Mix Cocktail

2

Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with 1 cup of ice.

3

Add 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka, 4 oz bloody mary mix, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 0.5 tsp prepared horseradish, 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 0.5 tsp celery salt, and 2 dashes hot sauce to the shaker.

4

Cap the shaker and roll (or shake gently) the mixture for 8–10 seconds to chill and slightly aerate without diluting excessively. Alternatively, stir for 10–12 seconds with a bar spoon if you prefer less froth.

5

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice if desired. Strain or pour the mixed Bloody Mary into the glass over the ice, leaving room for garnishes.

Garnish & Serve

6

Skewer the 2 green olives on a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim or drop it into the drink.

7

Place the celery stalk into the glass upright, with leaves above the rim.

8

Add 2 crisp bacon strips into the glass (one can be leaned against the rim) as a savory garnish.

9

Optionally squeeze the reserved lemon wedge over the top, then drop it into the drink or discard.

10

Serve immediately with a straw. Offer extra hot sauce, Worcestershire, or celery salt on the side for guest adjustments.
