Lobster Tail Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
Prepare the Lobster Tail
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, exposing the meat. Pull the meat up slightly to rest on top of the shell.
Make the Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Bake the Lobster Tail
Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove from the oven, and drizzle any remaining butter mixture over the lobster. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
