1. Prepare the Ingredients
Start by cooking the bacon until crispy, and then slice the tomato. Set aside.
2. Toast the Bread
Lightly toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
3. Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on one side of 3 slices of toasted bread. On the first slice, layer the lettuce, followed by sliced roasted chicken, and then a slice of brie cheese. Add a second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side up.
4. Add More Layers
On the second slice, add crispy bacon, sliced tomato, and a dollop of Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Top with the third slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
5. Cut and Serve
Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure each quarter with a toothpick if desired. Serve immediately.
