Method

Preparation Directions

1

Infuse Tequila

In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and let it cool. Combine the hibiscus infusion with 2 oz of Patron Silver Tequila in a bottle and let it sit for at least 1 hour to infuse.

2

Grill Pineapple

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cut fresh pineapple into slices and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and dice into small pieces.

3

Prepare Margarita

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip the rim into salt. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of hibiscus-infused Patron Silver Tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of simple syrup. Add ice and shake well.

4

Serve

Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with diced grilled pineapple and a lime wheel. Enjoy!
