Method
Cocktail
Prepare glass
Fill a large wine glass about three-quarters full with large ice cubes. Using large cubes slows dilution and keeps the drink colder longer.
Add Aperol
Pour 3 tablespoons (about 1.5 fl oz) of Aperol over the ice. Swirl gently to coat the ice and chill the Aperol briefly.
Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 3 oz of chilled Ruffino Prosecco into the glass. Pouring slowly helps preserve the bubbles.
Top with soda
Add 1 oz of chilled club soda on top. Adjust soda amount to preference for dilution and effervescence.
Gently combine
Give the drink one or two gentle stirs with a bar spoon or cocktail stirrer to integrate the layers without losing too much carbonation.
