Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of vodka, 0.5 oz of dry vermouth, and 0.5 oz of bolivian brandy.

Add Flavorings
Pour in 1 oz of pamplemousse juice, 1 oz of pureed fresh mango, and 0.5 oz of citrus juice.

Incorporate Egg White
Add 1 egg white to the shaker for a frothy texture.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of bitters to the mixture.
Shaking

Dry Shake
First, shake all ingredients without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass to remove any pulp and ice.

Optionally, garnish with a grapefruit twist or a slice of mango on the rim of the glass.
