Preparation

Prepare the Glass

Chill your cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Laphroaig 10 Year Old Scotch Whisky, 1 oz of ginger cordial, and 1 tsp of honey.

Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

Strain and Serve

Empty the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Garnish

If desired, garnish with a lemon twist by twisting the peel over the drink to release its oils and then placing it on the rim of the glass.
