In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined and frothy.

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the maple syrup until it is just heated through, but not boiling. Rinse and pat dry the mixed berries.

Dip Brioche in Egg Mixture
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for about 10-15 seconds on each side, ensuring it's well coated, but not soggy.

Place the soaked brioche slices onto the preheated skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
