Grind Coffee Beans
Using a coffee grinder, grind 18g of espresso coffee beans to a fine consistency suitable for espresso brewing.
Prepare the Espresso Machine
Ensure your espresso machine is clean and filled with water. Turn on the machine to preheat it for about 15 minutes.
Tamp the Coffee
Place the ground coffee into the portafilter basket, and using a tamper, press down firmly to create an even surface.
