Prepare the Steak
Season the Denver steak pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse them under cold water and soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Fry the Potatoes
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Drain and pat dry the potatoes. Fry them in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.

Finish the Sauce
Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

Roast the Radishes
Place the radishes on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
