Tuna Tartare Preparation

Prepare the Tuna

Dice the Bluefin Tuna into small cubes and place it into a mixing bowl.

Add Seasonings

Add the diced avocado, chopped green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice to the bowl with tuna. Gently mix to combine.

Cocktail Sauce Preparation

Mix Cocktail Sauce

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well blended.

Mignonette Preparation

Prepare Mignonette

Finely chop the shallots and combine them with red wine vinegar and black pepper in a small bowl. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Lemon Melon Preparation

Prepare Lemon Melon

Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove seeds, and scoop out the flesh into small balls or cubes. Toss with lemon zest and mint leaves.

Thai Mayo Preparation

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

Shrimp Sesame Chips Preparation
