Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Crab Legs

Thaw the Alaskan king crab legs if they are frozen. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

2

Prepare the Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3

Add Seasoning

Stir in Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper to the melted butter sauce. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture and stir well.

4

Steam the Crab Legs

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Place a steamer basket above the water, add the crab legs, and cover. Steam for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

5

Serve

Remove the crab legs from the pot. Serve hot with the garlic butter sauce and lemon wedges on the side.
