Prepare the Tomato Mixture

Dice the Roma tomatoes and mix with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

Assemble the Bruschetta

Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Prepare the Steaks

Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper on both sides.

Sear the Steaks

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Add Flavor

Add garlic and rosemary to the skillet. Finish with butter and baste the steaks for additional flavor.

Rest and Serve

Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
