Potstickers
Asian Beef Salad
Method
Potstickers
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Potstickers
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over to create a half-moon shape, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Cook the Potstickers
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potstickers in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden. Add a splash of water (about 1/4 cup), cover, and steam for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
