OLD FASHIONED

Ensure the Louis Jadot Rosé has been chilled to 8–10°C (46–50°F). Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in an ice bucket for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Chill bottle

Use a corkscrew to remove the cork carefully. Wipe the bottle rim with a clean cloth to remove any cork bits or condensation.

Open bottle

Pour the rosé into chilled wine glasses, filling each glass about one-third full (approximately 120–150 ml per serving) to allow aroma development. For a standard 750 ml bottle this yields roughly 5 servings.

Pour

If desired, add 1–2 ice cubes to a large wine glass (avoid over-icing to prevent diluting). Drop in a halved strawberry and a lemon slice for a light fruit accent.

Prepare glass

Gently clap the mint sprig between your palms to release aroma and tuck it into the glass as a garnish (do not muddle).

Add mint

Serve immediately while chilled. Provide a spare ice bucket to keep the bottle cold on the table. Recommend pairing with light salads, seafood, or charcuterie.
