Method
Prepare the Tea
Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Steep the Tea
Once boiling, remove from heat and add the 2 Earl Grey tea bags and 1 tsp of dried culinary lavender. Let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, remove the tea bags and strain the tea to remove the lavender flowers.
Sweeten the Tea
Add Vanilla Honey
Stir in 2 tablespoons of vanilla honey into the hot tea until fully dissolved.
Prepare the Cream Topping
Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, use a whisk or electric mixer to whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add Liqueur
Gently fold in 1 oz of 44 North Huckleberry cream liqueur into the whipped cream until well combined.
Assemble the Drink
Pour the Tea
Pour the prepared Earl Grey tea infused with lavender into a mug.
Top with Cream
Spoon the Huckleberry cream froth on top of the hot tea.
