Place a pint glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill before serving.

Chill the Glass

If using a Guinness Draught can, gently shake the can to mix the contents. If using a tap, ensure the system is properly set up to dispense Guinness.

Prepare the Guinness

Remove the glass from the freezer and hold it at a 45-degree angle.

Tilt the Glass

Open the can or tap and pour the Guinness slowly into the glass, filling it to about three-quarters full.

Pour the Guinness

Straighten the glass to an upright position and allow the beer to settle for about 2 minutes. Watch the beautiful cascading effect as the bubbles rise.

Let it Settle

After the beer has settled, pour the remaining Guinness into the glass until it reaches the rim, creating a smooth, creamy head.

Top Off

If desired, add a shot of Irish whiskey for an extra kick, or sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for a decorative touch.
