Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the Jack Daniels bourbon, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the boneless chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your wood fire grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with the leftover marinade occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Add the Pecans
In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the spicy pecans on top of the chicken.
Serve
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with your choice of two sides.
