Prepare the Drink Mix

In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of vodka, 1 cup of orange juice, and 2 tablespoons of grenadine. Shake well until chilled.

Serve the Drink

Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixed drink over the ice. Top with 1 cup of sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice if desired.

Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein 1 pound of shrimp. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Season the Shrimp

Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, and serve immediately with toothpicks or small skewers.
